AudioMo Day 11: Tenzi

My family introduced a new game to us this week, called Tenzi.

Created by Carma Games, it involves a set of 10 dice for each player. You can check out the basics here. There are places all over the interwebs for variations of the game, and you can even get a deck of cards that have 77 ways to play the game (check here and here).

We haven’t done the research yet, but for the record on the date of this blog post, we may have created another fun variation on the game. We call it “Faze Tenzi” (with apologies and regards to the creators of the game Phase 10!).

Each player must roll their dice and complete each set, starting with 1’s. Each round, one winner will complete their set, and move on to complete a set of 2’s, and so on. Only the winner of each round advances to the next number. First player to get to 6’s and completes their set wins.

I’m sure I could write that in game-speak, but you’ll understand it, once you know Tenzi.
